It’s realy needed. If width is isset - something words override buttons.

Please start making separate threads for unrelated questions, it becomes a bit unwieldy to have this all in one thread.
Also feel free to fork Komodo-Edit and make pull-requests of things that you’d like to see changed in the core (eg. the width change).
New version 0.8. All .dtd and .properties files is translated. But some strings (lines) I leave without translate. Some strings I can not found in these files (e.g. “Rename…” in context menu in Places or “Syntax Checking Status” tab)

IDE Support?
IDE не поддерживается. Для IDE нужно делать свою версию, там строки в файлах отличаются.
Препятствий для того, чтобы сделать под IDE нет. Нужно только словарь дополнять, там ведь больше фраз в интерфесе. Кроме того меня берут сомнения. Ведь IDE - платная система, а локализация может увеличить аудиторию продаж. Получится, что они заработают больше денег моим трудом. Это не совсем честно, не находишь? Хотя могу сделать только для тебя персонально Но сначала я хочу закончить перевод для Edit.

I think fairness is relative in this context, we provide a full-featured product (Komodo-Edit) free of charge that many people use on a daily basis, a large percentage of them even use it to make money. I see nothing unfair about someone contributing back to the project even if it does end up making us money (ie. paying the bills).
That said I am not fully aware of the legal implications myself, but would be happy to look into it if you are willing to contribute translations for the IDE version.
Do not get me wrong. I’m really grateful for Komodo Edit. This is a good and convenient tool. I use it very often. It is very good that it’s free. And so I made my language localization and happy to share it. Moreover, I am willing to make localization to any language for someone who will translate dictionary. I’d be happy to supply you with a Komodo IDE license if you intend to provide a Russian translation, but first I’ll have to determine if there are any legal implications. I’ll contact you personally once I’ve done that.
New version 0.9. For Komodo Edit 8.5.3 only. The main change in this version - removes active letters. Translated a few more lines, corrected typos and changed some phrases in more understandable. Most of untranslated strings has no direct relationship to the editor himself. They added extensions. With this, I can not do anything.

While this translate not work at IDE 8.5 (9.0 too, but it’s not realized at now and speak about translate for 9.0 is too early) - this is not actual for me 
Sorry. Localization for IDE will be will be individually. Individually for Edit, individually for IDE. Maybe i made russian localization for IDE later.

I have a questions to devepolers. It is possible what add-ons (e.g. Places, Klint, Open Files) be updated in current version Komodo or they update only with update Komodo version?
And i can not find some dialog strings, e.g. "Save changes to ", where may i found them?
by the way, i am ready to take the translation IDE into russian, if i give IDE
The addons that ship with Komodo are only updated when a new version of Komodo is released.
