Python CMD help and Komodo

I was reading a forum on why ‘env’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file., but they said to run Python in cmd and whats the output as well as Path.

When I run Python I get:
‘python’ is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

I found a video telling me how to fix it, but I cant find the proper file directory to do it. Or maybe I did, but its still not working.

What do I do?

@Stuxnet, can you clarify what this has to do with Komodo in your case?

im getting the same error as the people in the forum i linked. im having a bigger problem then the original forum.
but still, very very related
