Where is the paid support link?

I just puchased Komodo IDE and paid extra for the email support option but I do not see where the paid support, vs the free commnity forum support, is provided. Can I get a link or email address for that?

or alternative just sent an email to:

with your Komodo questions.

You also have access to these forums, which is better for general ideas and questions (as it’s then searchable by others).
