In previous builds (Like 8.5.*) I can see Default, Komodo, Bright and a lot of Dark_** color schemes, but in IDE9 I can see only Base16 color schemes. Why they are removed?
Those are the (preliminary) new default color schemes. If you want to use one of the old ones you can import them from an old install (they should be in your schemes folder within your profile folder).
