UTF-8 coded page is displaying in Chinese instead of English

This page in English is coded in UTF-8 and displays correctly in English when viewed in Komodo Edit. But it displays in Chinese when uploaded to the site. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

It says it’s generated by Wordperfect 9. Where does Komodo come into play?

It certainly looks like an encoding issue, but it’s hard to say what’s at fault. I’d recommend starting a thread on Stackoverflow with your question, as it’s unlikely to be a Komodo specific issue.

We use Komodo to fine tune the WordPerfect output, set the coding, etc.
