Unrecognized key format

When trying to access a remote file I get the following message “Unrecognized private Key format”
However after trying 4-5 times it just seems to work any idea on why that would be the case? Is there something I am doing wrong or an alternate way to work on these remote files other than pulling and working locally then pushing back to directory.

This thread/comment explains what you need to do.

It looks like you configured your Server connection pointing the OpenSSH config to a PuTTY generated key, which don’t work. You need to configure Pageant so that you can connect to the server through a terminal session. Once that is working, Komodo will detect the configuration in Pageant and connect to your server using Pageant.
