Stalled at update window (Komodo IDE)

Hi

I was trying to update Komodo IDE to 10.2.0. The update is stalled and status is not changed.

I’ve killed the update window and tried to restart it. But it’s not working. The editor is not started. :frowning:

Sounds like something went very wrong while installing the update, could you please download the latest version of Komodo manually from http://www.activestate.com/komodo-ide/downloads/ide

What version were you updating from?

I’ve found two processes running and those are not killed by force-quit. I think I should reboot the machine. FYI, the os is macOS Sierra 10.12.3 with Mac mini (2012). :frowning:

I don’t remember the exact version number but it was the latest version before 10.2.0. Anyway, I’ve reinstalled it and it’s working now.
