Some attributes don't appear in intellisense

I noticed some attributes don’t appear in intellisense. e.g. in the anchor tag the target attribute doesn’t appear.
Am I missing something here? I’m using the edit version of komodo.
btw: hi, this is my 1st post and I’m a nOOb with komodo.
