I have recently purchased a new computer and now trying to install Komodo.
I get to the sign-in screen and it fails! states that I am offline!
I have followed the other topics but no one is giving instructions on how to fix it. someone did give some instructions but they were vague and did not work. maybe because it was 4 years plus ago and things changed but the issue is back and the same. so please if you know how to fix it, let me know. I have tried to follow the instructions the this URL but they did not work.
The steps are unclear and do not work especially because of the vagueness in the answers!
Give those a try and see if that helps. I don’t think I can make those any less vague, they are pretty explicit. If you continue to have issues, please share what step is failing, a screenshot of what you’re seeing would be helpful probably too.
