I’m looking to streamline/improve my testing support. There’s a script command for “run current test” but I can’t find much on eg change the current test to foo, or other hooks. Is this documented anywhere?

Test plans created under Tools > Test are currently connected to a specific file, so by “current test” it means the test plan that you created for the currently selected file.
It’s not an ideal workflow, and something we will focussing our efforts on in the future. But to answer your question you could have different files run different tests, essentially.
I could ramble on in the Github as a feature request if you would like.
