I set some directories with php files to autocomplete and caltips, and komodo edit scan them every time i start the program and it takes few minutes so i have to wait. Is it bug or not?

How are you adding the additional folders to be included in the Code intel scan?

tried both in the edit->preferences and in project properties. result the same
Could you try removing the “include” folders in your prefs and try “adding” the folders to your project instead? Right click project > Add > Existing Folder.
