Meet such file where tab = 1 space. After the great number of tries still haven’t any idea how to reformat file to 1 tab = 4 spaces without using third parties tools. Any idea?

You could just replace 4 spaces with a tab for the current file. Of course that assumes you’re only using 4 spaces for indentation. There’s no reformatter in Komodo that will do this for you.
