After updated the firewall setting to allow “lib\mozilla\komodo.exe” connection, symbol browser worked two days. But lost working again after that, and symbol browser is always gone from the menu list. Not sure if the networking issue, the firewall did not report any block traffic about komodo. Why symbol browser and process exiting need internet connection? This is not a reliable design.
It does not need the Internet connection. Komodo talks to the codeintel process over a local connection and some firewalls even prevent this kind of communication.
Have you tried Safe Mode? (Help - Troubleshooting). If it does not help, please share your logs. (Help - Troubleshooting - View Log File).
