I apologies for not seeing this sooner. The best options to get support from ActiveState for ActiveState products (Komodo no longer being one of those) is to email support@activestate.com or post to ActiveState Community Forums.
The login issues you were experiencing were planned downtime while an ActiveState dev team performed a large data migration. Thankfully it was a once in an app lifetime migration so no future interuptions can be expected.
