Could you kindly explain what’s the best cases for people to choose Komodo IDE but not Visual Studio?

Though that is a great question, you might be asking it in the wrong place. We have done some market research into the capabilities of VS Code but we don’t know it remotely as well as we know Komodo for obvious reasons. The only answer you would get here would be slightly skewed.
This is probably a better question for Reddit to get some balanced answers.
