Komodo has lost my games

I have Komodo 8. I got some funny notation so I switched back to factory settings.

When I load my database of stored games it has lost the last two years and gone back to an old file. Can I get my file of games back? Any help appreciated.

You’re looking for Komodo the Chess game engine I presume. This is Komodo IDE, used for programming in various languages:
