Does anyone know why Komodo edit does not recognise picture tag?

@SukaiNDure, please provide more context, code example at the very least. Based on what you’ve shared the answer is “It does recognize image tag, you’re doing something wrong :man_shrugging:”

Hey @SukaiNDure, thanks for the picture.

You can try Edit menu ( Komodomenu on OSX) > Preferences > Syntax & Spell Checking > Language: Html5.

Disable “Check with HTML Tidy”, scroll down and enable “Check with html5lib”.
