Komodo 9.1 pane postions reset after Komodo requested restart

so, i have some panes repositioned/combined, if i let komodo restart for example after i install a new extensions the pane positions get reset, however if i shutdown and restart manually the positions don’t get changed

This is a known bug, we’ll be fixing this in a future release as well as other workspace related issues.
