Komdo Edit can't read any characters of my file

Hi all ! Sorry, I don’t speak very good english, so I post a screenshot to explain the situation.

But, I have create AN NEW FILE, with UTF-8 encoding, and it’s the same problem. So this is not this file, but K.Edit or my system :frowning:

I’m on Linux Mint 17.2 Cinnamon, built on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

Does this happens in any file? I guess you’re using a bad font for your code. Try to change it in Preferences - Fonts & Colors.

Ow, great ! The problem was Consolas ! I switch to DejaVU Sans Mono, very thanks
