Jump to top and losted bookmarks after Beauty.js manual formatting

Hi all,

I use Beautify.js (beatify all) as code formatter and use bookmarks long the page for quick navigation. The page is jumping to top and all bookmarks lost after each formatting. Don’t know what to do with this.
