IDE9 Trial won't save Golang Preferences on OSX

I’ve just downloaded the trial version of Komodo IDE 9 for OSX to check out the new Golang support.
I’m trying to set the default go locations in preferences, but they’re not saved despite clicking apply and OK.
Immediately re-opening the preferences dialog shows the settings as blank again.
I’m running Yosemite (10.10.2)
