How can I persuade Komodo Edit to do an update?

I’m running Komodo Edit 10.2.3 on Windows 7. When I do a “Help/Check for Updates”, I get the message that no updates were available.

Given that this version is already more than one year old, I doubt that there is really nothing more recent available for my platform.

Major upgrades (10.x -> 11.x) have to be done manually.
