Gray blank popup komodo ide

Dear Friends,

I recently got the Komodo IDE for the linux x86_64 version and I notice a gray blank popup appear when I save the files or when I do some operations. I wonder what other library does Komodo need to display this popup correctly. I have shown an image below.

Looks like it could be the notifications messing up. What happens when you dont have the bottom panel open?

Even if the bottom panel is not open, the gray popup appears.

Could you share your distro and display manager info (name + version).

When I shift to KDE’s display manager kdm the popup problem doesn’t appear.
