Go/Continue greyed out (PHP)

I am trying to run debug on my PHP typed into Komodo. I have followed the instructions in the tutorial and configured Komodo but the Go/Continue button is still greyed out. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

I have the trial version, does that matter?

Does your Prefs > Languages > PHP window say that PHP is properly configured for debugging?

Yes it has a green checkmark and it says “Successfully configured for local PHP debugging.”

Please show your Prefs > Languages > PHP and Prefs > Debugger > Connection. Also attach example of file you want to debug.

Just to verify - you are talking about the Go/Continue button in your toolbar? And the menu item (Debug > Go/Continue) is also greyed out?
