Editor window flashes periodically

After upgrading to the version below, I started seeing the editor window flash repeatedly, like the entire window, including line numbers was being repainted. It flashes two times in a couple of seconds, then stops. Then in just a few minutes it repeats the flashing. Any ideas what might be causing this behavior?

Komodo IDE, version 9.3.1, build 88153, platform macosx.

Hi, this is fixed in the latest nightly: http://downloads.activestate.com/Komodo/nightly/

It will also be fixed in the upcoming 9.3.2 update.
