Does Komodo IDE support “custom dictionary” feature same or similar to vim dictionary?

This is a feature that allows user-definable text insert completion where the keywords can be defined in an arbitrary text file. This is a nice feature because it allows the user to auto-complete custom keywords from any arbitrary source. They do not have to be associated with a filetype or programming language.
