Create a "Turnkey" Perl stand-alone windows exe console app

Hello,
Can Komodo and ActiveState Perl compile a Perl project to a Windows exe console application ? Some of the documents suggest the Perl DevKit allows creation of a stand-alone executable.

I don’t think PDK (Perl Dev Kit) exists anymore. ActiveState discontinued that product several years ago I believe. So no, I don’t think this is possible in the Komodo + PDK situation and Komodo doesn’t have that functionality on it’s own.
