Command-Shift-Q is used by Komodo to reflow paragraphs. However as of the most recent OSX update (10.9.5) Apple has grabbed that key combo for logout.
Change it to Ctrl-Shift-Q or another key binding in Prefs - Editor - Key bindings.
I think @toddw change default key biding for this in a new minor/major update.
