im trying to download and keep getting a 403 error,what can i do?

i was trying to download it from the site https://www.activestate.com/products/komodo-ide/download-ide/
and i kept getting an error after pressing the windows installer link, i solved it by downloading the msi on my phone, while on the bus and then transferring the msi to my computer
