Cannot find refactoring in free Komodo Edit

Cannot find Refactoring in free Komodo Edit under Edit, where it should be.
I am using free Komodo Edit 11. What am I doing wrong?

This is an IDE only feature, @Michal_Stepniewski. Looks like the messaging around “IDE only” might have been lost when the docs got restructured. I’ll make sure that gets updating. My apologies for the inconvenience.
