"Synchronize current file in places" changes the root

There seems to be a bug with “Synchronize current file in places”.

It changes the root. It should not.

Like before, it should go the file location under root, without changing root to the file’s folder.

OK, for anyone having this issue :

Before setting this option, you have to close any open files. Otherwise, you’ll have this bug.
