On this page: http://docs.komodoide.com/Manual/unittest it says:

To create a test plan for a specific file, click Tools|Test Plans|Create New Test Plan…

However, on my Komodo IDE, version 10.0.0, build 89159, platform linux-x86_64. Built on Wed May 11 15:27:38 2016, I am not seeing a “Test Plans” menu item:

It’s now under Project - Test. I’ll change it in the wiki. I think there’s no more per-file test plans.
