Save shortcuts for insert text

There are some lines of code, i need every day a douzend times.
While it is not possible to have this all the time for “strg+v”, i would like to have a shortcut like “F1” to copy this code in my window.

Is there anything build in in komodo OR should i find another program for that?
Which one would be a good choice for that, please?
