How to rescan a file or directory

When I’m working with a project and I have multiple php classes.
When I edit a class and add a function to it, in the other files I will not get the auto completion for the new created function from the class. In the class self I will get the new function when i Use the self::

The only thing to get komodo to pick up the new function, is to restart komodo.
Is there a way to rescan the directory or file so the new function is picked up?

This sounds like a bug, because at least for Python any methods I add to a class in one file will show up in the autocompletion results for instances of that class in another file. Do you have a minimal use-case that exhibits this problem? If so, it’s worth filing a bug so I can take a deeper look.
