Couldn't Launch Komodo Edit 12.0.1 with macOS Sonoma

I’ve recently downloaded Komodo Edit 12.0.1 for my macOS Sonoma (Apple M1). However, when I install and try to open it, the UI just appears to be transparent and I can do nothing.

Please help me out
