Broken Find Dialog that gets stuck

I had this happen a few times but at those times I did not have time to put together a request and was focused on restarting. Here is this weird bug that happens randomly when opening the Find Dialog.

This fake find dialog does not work. And there is no way to close it.

If I press Ctrl + F I get both the find and the find dialog. The find is real, but the Find Dialog is fake. And still no way to close the fake one. I can close the real one.

Can you reproduce this with Help > Troubleshooting > Restart in Safe-mode?

It is something that happens randomly, I am not exactly sure what triggers it. I tried opening safe mode and I see my workspace is gone? Is there any way to reload my workspace and macros while in safe mode?

No, safe-mode is basically a temporary profile reset. Being able to access your workspace, macros, etc. would defeat its purpose.

Please try Komodo 10, see if that resolves your issue.

So I tried Komodo 10 and I see both my servers and workspace gone. I restored the logins via other post, but how do I restore my workspace?

As far as I know, Komodo X will not import a workspace when upgrading from a previous version for stability reasons.
