For those of you who have reported issues before you may notice that there is now a “Resolved” category and that your post may have been moved here. Since we only just added this category we bulk moved a lot of older posts to this new category, some of which may in fact not yet be resolved. We kindly request that you simply bump your post (by responding to it) to bring it to our attention again and we will promptly move it back to the appropriate category.
A lot of “bugs” in “Support” category was moved to “Resolved” due to inactivity, old date (September, October and November 2014) , has a solution(s) or not filed in the bug tracker. Authors of these bug reports still able to bump their topics by moving it to “Support” category again and writing a message in the topic.
